• Synosoft is a top notch product that is widely used due to its dual functioning.
• Not only does it smoothen the surface of the yarn but also makes the adhesive film pliable. It fills in the uneven surface of the yarn and thus enhances the efficiency in looms.
• Due to ‘Synosoft’, difficulties in dyeing such as dye resist spots, streaks, light shade spots, and poor adherence of finishes and coatings are all avoided completely. It is used in low dosages(1/3 or less when compared to wax and oil) leading to a reduced inventory and easy storage.
• Compatible with most chemicals used in sizing, including water. There is no seperation or ‘Kick out’ in the cooking or storage kettle. Leads to a significantly reduced dropping(or shedding) in sizing as well as weaving and so the weaving efficiency is automatically enhanced and also lower warp stops, thus saving time and money.
• Also, there is no interference with heat setting.
