SIZE  PRO

• Size pro is an effective modified starch which is mostly used as a size add-on product. It also acts as an agglutinant which holds together, the fibres of the warp individually, making them less liable to be roughed up by the sizing process and greatly helps in the reduction of rupture of yarns under the tension to which they are subjected to.
• It also holds the external constituents of the yarn such as the materials in the size mix together thereby preventing it from being shaken out either during or after the manufacturing process and thus offers an increased size pick-up and weight of the yarn and thus increases the tensile strength of the yarn significantly.
• With the right mix and quantities of binders and softeners, this product works with all of it to produce an ideal product that is deemed “perfect”.
