• A resin based, heavy binder which is used in sizing mills where yarn with high ends are run.
• This makes it a binder, used mainly for Sultzer, Air-jet looms etc. On drying, it gives a tough, fixable, pliable, strong, transparent, smooth and continuous film.
• It is used as a replacement for PVA as it gives better quality at a lower cost.
• The modified structure of polymer imparts very low wet tack which thereby results in absolutely no sticking on drums and ease in seperation.
• The inherent rheological properties tend to envelop individual fibre of the yarn giving a strong, lubricating coat on every fibre individually.
• The lower friction thus achieved makes the polymer best suited for use in all kinds of looms with high ends.
• It provides an edge over the other conventional products when it comes to finishing and overall quality as it is based on resins technology. It can be stored in sealed containers for months without affecting the quality of the product.
