• Using Film Size gives the right “feel” to the cloth. It has the property of making a light and flimsily-woven cloth appear full and solid.
• It is free from colour and can be added to almost any extent that may be thought desirable. Increases the lustre as the film formed on the sized yarn is lustrous.
• This is one of the most important properties of the product which is why it is called ‘Film Size’. The product is compatible with all kinds of sizing materials and also compatible with hard water.
• Does not interfere with the yarn geometry thereby making sure, the yarn consists of uniform concentric layers thus enhancing the pilling resistance which inturn increases the abrasion resistance adding up to the yarn strength.
• The hairiness is also reduced due to increased torsional rigidity which improves the yarn quality by leaps and bounds.
