• It is a one shot product formulated especially for the needs of Air-jet looms, hence the name Airjet Pack. There is a marked increase in the efficiency and yardage on using this product. Used for yarns of any count and ends.
• It is significantly cheaper when compared to the other one shot products in the market while guaranteeing minimum 90% efficiency in the looms. Produces even better results once the sizing machinery is analyzed while running by our technicians.
• Breaking strength of the yarn is increased and the elongation is improved. The product is used for machine speed of 1000rpm and more.
• There is a significant control in the sticky ends of the yarn and controls the hairiness to an extent that is quite noticeable.
• Offers very good penetration and pliability to the sizing film over the yarn. Used for Spun yarns like Pure Cotton yarn, Polyester- cotton Blended yarn (PC yarn), Terry Rayon blended yarn, 100% Viscose Rayon yarn etc.
• It is basically a one shot product that is compatible with all kinds of yarn that not only runs in an Airjet loom without breakage but also gives the desired piece weight to the sized yarns.
